Participants must: (a) successfully register as King Fook VIP members; and (b) comply with these Terms and Conditions. King Fook reserves the right to require proof of identity, membership, purchase, payment and eligibility at any time.
- No Entry Fee
No entry fee is charged for participation in this promotion. No payment is required solely for entering the lucky draw.
- HKJC LEVADE Purchases
For purchases made at Hong Kong Jockey Club LEVADE retail outlets, customers must present the original sales receipt in person at the above designated King Fook Jewellery stores during the Draw Period, and complete and/or verify King Fook VIP membership registration. The relevant spending amount will only be counted towards this promotion after being recorded by King Fook staff. King Fook staff will stamp and sign on the relevant receipt for identification purposes, and any stamped receipt cannot be registered more than once. King Fook reserves the right to refuse registration of any receipt that is incomplete, illegible, damaged, overdue, duplicated, suspicious, or otherwise fails verification.
- Eligible Spending and Draw Entitlement
During the Promotion Period, customers will be entitled to one lucky draw chance for every HK$300,000 in accumulated net spending on eligible products under the same eligible membership account, provided full payment is completed within the Promotion Period. For example, a net spending of HK$600,000 will entitle the customer to two lucky draw chances. This entitlement continues proportionally with no upper limit on the number of entries.
- Eligible Products
Eligible products include: (a) in-stock jewellery; (b) jewellery of designated brands on order, provided full payment is completed within the Promotion Period, including Annamaria Cammilli, Stenzhorn, Mattia Cielo and Palmiero; and (c) fixed-price gold products, whether in-stock or on order.
- Excluded Transactions
Gold bullion, gold ingot, gold bead, fook gold bean, corporate gifts, repair services and King Fook Gold Club instalments are not eligible for this promotion.
- Calculation of Spending
Eligible transactions for participation in the lucky draw, including ordered products, must be fully paid within the Promotion Period in order to be valid. Net spending means the final actual amount received by King Fook after deducting any discounts, promotions, credits, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, offsets or adjustments. Spending may be accumulated only under the same eligible membership account and may not be transferred, split, combined between different persons, or otherwise manipulated.
- Instant Draw Mechanism
This promotion adopts an in-store instant draw mechanism. Draw eligibility shall only become valid after King Fook has verified the participant’s eligibility and the relevant draw entitlement has been successfully redeemed in King Fook’s system. Any spending amount used for redeeming a draw entitlement cannot be reused after redemption. All prize determination mechanisms shall be conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Draw Date and Method
Prize determination takes place instantly when an eligible participant, after successful verification by King Fook during the Promotion Period, draws one gift box on-site. Each gift box contains one watch, and the prize is determined randomly at the time of the lucky draw.
- Prize Selection
Upon confirmation of eligibility, the customer may draw one gift box from a pool of identical boxes.
- On-site Opening and Acknowledgement
Customers must open the gift box, inspect the prize, collect the prize, and sign or electronically acknowledge receipt on-site immediately. Failing to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.
- Non-cash Prizes Only
All prizes under this promotion are non-cash prizes. No cash prize will be awarded.
- Prize Restrictions
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or other goods or services.
- No Warranty / No Liability for Prize
All prizes are provided on an “as is” basis. No guarantee, maintenance, repair, replacement, after-sales service will be provided by King Fook.
- Refund / Exchange / Cancellation / Clawback
If any qualifying transaction is refunded, exchanged, cancelled, reversed, or found to be invalid for any reason, the corresponding draw entitlement shall be automatically cancelled. If the draw has already been completed or the prize has been collected, King Fook shall have the right to cancel the prize, reclaim the prize, require the participant to return it immediately upon demand, or recover from the participant the full value of the prize as determined by King Fook. King Fook may also set off such amount against any refund or any other sum payable to the participant.
- Forfeiture
Any unregistered spending, unredeemed draw entitlement, unselected gift box, uncollected prize, or failure to complete any required procedure within the Promotion Period or such other deadline designated by King Fook shall be deemed irrevocably forfeited without compensation. King Fook may deal with any forfeited prize in any manner it considers appropriate.
- Employees
Employees of King Fook Group are eligible to participate and shall have equal chances of winning, employees should subject to the same rules as the participants.
- Technical / System Issues
King Fook shall not be liable for any loss, delay, error, omission, interruption, corruption, inaccessibility, illegibility, non-identification, destruction, or damage of any data, registration, transaction record, communication, or prize notification caused by any computer, network, telephone, electronic, software, hardware, technical, security, or other event beyond King Fook’s reasonable control, or not attributable to King Fook.
- Fraud / Abuse / Disqualification
If King Fook discovers or reasonably suspects that any participant has used, attempted to use, or procured any improper, unlawful, dishonest, misleading, or fraudulent means to participate in, interfere with, undermine, or affect the operation, integrity, fairness, or smooth conduct of the promotion, King Fook may, without prior notice, disqualify the participant, void any registered transaction or data, cancel any draw entitlement or prize, and take any legal or other action it considers appropriate.
- Participant Responsibility and Indemnity
Each participant shall be solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant shall indemnify and hold harmless King Fook and relevant third parties from any loss, damage, liability, claim, cost, or expense arising out of or in connection with the participant’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, unlawful conduct, or act or omission.
- Verification / Audit / Post-event Review
King Fook reserves the right at any time, including during or after the Promotion Period, to verify eligibility, membership, identity, receipts, transactions, payment records, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If any participant is found at any time to be ineligible or non-compliant, King Fook may cancel that person’s eligibility to participate or receive any prize, and may exercise any clawback rights under these Terms and Conditions.
- Publication of Results
This promotion adopts an in-store instant draw mechanism. Advertisements will be published on 6 July 2026 in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard to account for the completion of the promotion.
- Records and Compliance Administration
King Fook may keep and use records, receipts, transaction records, winner records, acknowledgements, and other documents and information reasonably required for administration of the promotion, verification of compliance, publication of results, and compliance with applicable legal, regulatory requirements.
- Lost or Stolen Prize
No replacement will be provided for any lost or stolen prize after collection, acknowledgement, or signature.
- Personal Data
By participating in this promotion, each participant consents to King Fook’s collection, use, processing, and handling of personal data for purposes relating to membership registration, promotion administration, verification, prize redemption, audit, compliance, publication of results where required by applicable legal, regulatory and any other directly related purpose, in accordance with applicable law and King Fook’s applicable privacy policy statement.
- Acceptance / King Fook’s Decision
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. King Fook reserves the sole and absolute right and discretion to determine eligibility, entitlement, prize allocation, and all matters relating to this promotion, subject always to applicable law. In the event of any dispute, King Fook’s decision shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Language
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
