For every additional HK$5,000 spent, customers will receive an extra lucky draw ticket (based on the actual amount paid at the same store on the same day), and this pattern continues with no ceiling on the number of entries.

Gold Purchase

During the Specific Period, customers who accumulate a net spending of HK$50,000 on Chuk Kam products at King Fook Jewellery stores or designated locations (see paragraph 6 below) will receive 1 lucky draw ticket.   • Prize: 75 taels of 999.9 Chuk Kam (Equivalent to 4 catties and 11 taels, distributed as 15 Chuk Kam bullion, each weighing 5 taels of 999.9 Chuk Kam)

  1. Participants must be aged 18 or above when register this promotion.
  2. During the Specific Period, customers who accumulate a net spending of HK$30,000 on jewellery at King Fook Jewellery stores or designated locations (see paragraph 6 below) will receive 1 lucky draw ticket. For example, a net purchase of HK$40,000 will entitle the customer to 3 lucky draw tickets, and this pattern continues with no ceiling on the number of entries. Spending on repairing items will not be included in the calculation.
  3. During the Specific Period, customers who accumulate a net spending of HK$50,000 on Chuk Kam products at King Fook Jewellery stores or designated locations (see paragraph 6 below) will receive 1 lucky draw ticket. For every additional HK$5,000 spent, customers will receive an extra lucky draw ticket (based on the actual amount paid at the same store on the same day).   5. Customers can combine and accumulate valid receipts to reach the specified spending amount and redeem lucky draw opportunities based on the actual amount paid at the same store on the same day. Each receipt can only be used once.

  1. This promotion starts on November 2, 2024 and ends on February 1, 2025, at the closing time of each store (see paragraph 6i) in Hong Kong. The promotion of LEVADE (see paragraph 6ii) starts on November 2, 2024 and ends on January 31, 2025. The deadline for redemption and collection of lucky draw tickets is the end of business hours of the Hong Kong store mentioned in Clause 6i on February 1, 2025.
  2. Eligible transactions for the lucky draw must be fully paid within the Specified Period.
  3. Participants must register as King Fook Prestige members in order to be eligible for entry. Upon making a qualifying purchase, customers are required to provide their personal information and contact details with the assistance of a staff member. This includes their full English name (as it appears on the valid identification document), the first four digits/letters of their Hong Kong Identity Card (or the first five digits/letters of any other valid identification document), a valid contact phone number, and an email address. The staff member will verify the identification document and assist in completing the membership registration process. Upon successful registration, participants will be issued a lucky draw ticket, which will serve as their entry into the draw, identified by the lucky draw ticket number.
  4. For purchases of jewellery products valued at $30,000 or more at specified LEVADE outlets (see paragraph 6ii), customers can visit the King Fook Jewellery stores mentioned in Clause 6i by presenting the original sales receipt to register as a member and redeem lucky draw tickets. Each net purchase amount of $30,000 or above entitles the customer to one lucky draw ticket, with an additional ticket for every $5,000 spent on the same-store receipt on the same day.
  5. Customers must ensure that all submitted information is true and correct, with no unauthorized or fraudulent use of third-party information. All information provided by participants cannot be changed after registration. Any faulty, duplicated and incomplete information will result in disqualification. If any false or incorrect information is provided, participation or winning eligibility will be cancelled. If the winner cannot receive the winning notifications due to any fake, incomplete or incorrect information provided for this promotion, King Fook Jewellery shall bear no responsibility.
  6. If a receipt is cancelled due to product returns, exchanges, or related arrangements, the corresponding lucky draw ticket must be returned to the staff, and the returned lucky draw ticket will become invalid. The participant’s eligibility for the draw will also be cancelled.
  7. If an item is exchanged, the previously issued lucky draw ticket will be cancelled, and a new lucky draw ticket will be issued.
  8. Employees of King Fook Jewellery Group Limited are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw.
Lucky Draw Arrangement:
  1. The lucky draw will take place on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at the King Fook Jewellery store, supervised by King Fook Jewellery management and one auditor, where one winner will be drawn.
  2. Announcement of Results: The winner list will be announced on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, on the King Fook Jewellery website and in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard newspapers. The winner must bring the original identification document (photocopies will not be accepted), the original receipt(s) used for the registration, and the original lucky draw ticket to claim the prize in person on the designated date and at the designated location. Authorization for others to collect the prize on behalf of the winner is not permitted. Any receipts which are incomplete, fake, copy, broken, reprint, edited, smeared or not within the promotion period will not be accepted. King Fook Jewellery reserves the right to judge the eligibility of the winner. In case of loss of receipt, it will not be replaced or reissued.
  3. During this promotion period, if the registered data or winning notification are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damaged caused by any computer, network, telephone or technical issues which are not attributed to the default of King Fook Jewellery, King Fook Jewellery shall not have any legal liability if the participant is judged as disqualified and the participant cannot object.
  4. If the winner does not confirm prize collection within 21 days after the announcement of the draw results for whatever reason, the prize will be considered forfeited, leading to the loss of winner eligibility. King Fook Jewellery reserves the rights to deal with the forfeited Prize in any manner deemed fit.
  5. The winner agrees to allow King Fook Jewellery or the media to take photograph(s), film(s), and use the name and/or photos and images and videos of the winner containing the appearance of the winner and allow such photos and videos to be sent to the media for promotional purposes without prior notice.
  6. The prize is based on the actual item. Promotional images are solely for reference purposes only, and no exchanges will be accommodated.
  7. King Fook Jewellery will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the prize after it has been signed for and collected.
  8. If King Fook Jewellery suspect or note any participants use or incite others to use improper or fraudulent acts / means to disturb the promotion operation or cause damages to or affect the promotion holding, integrity, fairness or running, King Fook Jewellery reserves the right to disqualify the participants, terminate the eligibility of the winner, abolish the participants’ previous registration and reserve the right to seek all remedies available.
  9. If the participants or Winner violate any applicable rules / regulations or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of King Fook Jewellery or any third parties, the relevant participants or Winner shall be liable for all the losses.
  10. By participating in this promotion, whether or not they win, agree to and accept these terms and conditions. King Fook Jewellery has the sole and absolute discretion in, according to relevant clauses of the Terms and Conditions, determining a person’s eligibility to receive the Prize. If King Fook Jewellery discovers at any time, whether after or during the Specific Period, that any person has failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions, King Fook Jewellery is entitled to disqualify the person from participating in this promotion and receiving the Prize.
  11. Any personal data collected will be used to contact and verify the identity of the participants for prize redemption only and will be handled properly and kept confidential. King Fook Jewellery reserves the right to disqualify participants who refuse or fail to provide the relevant personal information.   12. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  13. King Fook Jewellery reserves the right to interpret the Terms and Conditions. In case of any dispute, King Fook Jewellery’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
  14. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
